Sharon is approachable, knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Able quickly to spot issues which need working on, whether or not you have an injury or condition, she uses exercises that will benefit you and help you reach your goals. She seems equally able to deal with total beginners and quite experienced pupils and gives you the attention you need in class to understand and learn and to progress. I always feel better having finished a class than I did when I go in – always a good sign – and I feel like I am making some progress and improving my understanding and execution of the exercise sequences.
Sharon also teaches each person a repertoire of exercises that suit their particular issues and goals and so you are not just waiting to be told what to do next but can instead get on with it and be corrected if necessary. I thoroughly recommend giving Sharon’s classes a try.
